The Sermon on the Mount is not a ladder for earning salvation. It is Jesus’ authoritative teaching on the life of kingdom citizens transformed by grace.

Romans 8 announces the believer’s security in Christ: no condemnation, the Spirit’s life, adoption as God’s children, hope in suffering, and love that cannot be broken.

Psalm 23 is not sentimental optimism. It is a confession of covenant trust: the Lord shepherds His people with provision, guidance, protection, welcome, and enduring mercy.

John 3:16 is beloved because it summarizes the gospel, but its meaning becomes even clearer when read in context: God loves, gives His Son, and saves all who believe in Him.
