Teleios: perfect mature and complete: A Biblical Guide

In Matthew 5:48, Jesus calls his followers to be perfect just as their heavenly Father is perfect. This verse stands at the end of the Beatitudes and highlights the high standard of righteousness required in the Kingdom of Heaven.
