Romans 8:35–39: Nothing Separates Us From Christ's Love

Paul asks what could sever the bond between Christ and those he loves, then answers with a list of real terrors and a single ground of confidence: Christ himself. The passage does not promise relief from suffering but declares that suffering cannot reach the love that holds us.
