Hebrews 9:1–10: What the Tabernacle Furniture Taught
The furniture of the first covenant was not decoration but instruction. Its rooms, veils and limits taught the seriousness of drawing near to God and the incompleteness of every approach short of Christ.
Mark 2:23–28: Sabbath, Saturday or Sunday?
Mark 2:23–28 does not settle whether the Sabbath is Saturday or Sunday. It settles who has authority to say what the Sabbath means: Jesus, the Son of Man, who says the day was made for man.
