2 Timothy 3:16–17: God-Breathed Scripture

Second Timothy 3:16–17 grounds Scripture's usefulness in its origin: it is God-breathed. That makes it profitable for teaching, for exposing error, for correcting what is wrong, and for training in right living, so the person who belongs to God may be complete and equipped for every good work.
