Why Does God Feel Silent Sometimes? Psalm 13 and Prayer in the Dark

Psalm 13 does not explain why God feels silent, and it never treats that feeling as proof he has gone. It teaches prayer that keeps addressing God in the dark and can end in trust while circumstances stay unresolved.
