Jeremiah 15:16: Eating God's Words With Joy

Jeremiah 15:16 pictures Scripture as something taken in and eaten, not merely inspected, and the joy it names flows from belonging to God. That delight is real, but the same chapter shows it living alongside grief and unanswered pain.
