Revelation 7:9–17 gives John a vision of an uncountable multitude from every nation, accepted before the throne because they belong to the Lamb. The promises they receive are God's presence, provision and final comfort, not ease in the present.

The redeemed multitude in Revelation 7 is drawn from every nation, tribe, people and language, and its diversity is the visible shape of salvation before the throne. Yet the center of the scene is not the variety itself but the God and the Lamb whom that variety praises.
Revelation 7:9–10: A Multitude From Every Nation
The crowd in Revelation 7:9–10 cannot be counted or reduced to one culture, and their loud cry names where salvation comes from. Their worship shows the church the end toward which its own worship and witness point.
