Tithes and Offerings in Malachi 3:8–10

Malachi 3:8–10 treats tithes and offerings as two different things the people were holding back, and it frames the whole failure as a refusal to return to God. The blessing promised to the storehouse belongs to that covenant nation in that situation, not to a giving formula.
