Ephesians 4:11–16: Christ Equips His Church

Christ himself gives gifted people to his church, not to perform the ministry for everyone, but to equip ordinary believers for serving and building up the body. The aim is maturity: settled unity in the faith and steady growth into Christ as each part supplies what it has been given.
