Ephesians 4:11–16: How Ministry Is Done in the Body

Ephesians 4:11–16 answers the question of how ministry is done by placing it in the whole body, not in a few leaders. Christ gives people to his church to equip the saints for service, and the goal is maturity measured by the fullness of Christ.
