Matthew 28:1–10: The Empty Tomb and Risen Jesus

Matthew 28:1–10 presents the resurrection as reported, physical news: an empty tomb, an angel who announces it, and the risen Jesus himself meeting two women who came to mourn. They leave with fear and great joy, sent to tell the disciples to meet him in Galilee.
