Romans 6:1–14: Free From Sin's Rule
Paul answers the charge that grace invites more sin by pointing to what baptism already says about the believer: buried with Christ, raised to new life, no longer under sin's rule. The command to stop letting sin reign rests on a freedom God has already given, not one we earn.
Galatians 2:20: Crucified With Christ Daily
Paul does not describe daily living for God as a technique for self-improvement. He describes it as the outworking of a life already claimed, lived by faith in the Christ who gave himself.
