Psalm 16:11: Where Fullness of Joy Is Found
Psalm 16:11 places joy in a person rather than in circumstances. God shows the path of life, and the end of that path is nearness to him, where joy is full and pleasures never run out.
Psalm 16:11: Joy in God's Presence Forever
Psalm 16:11 does not tell us to manufacture joy. It places joy where God is, in his presence and his open hand, and it grounds that gladness in God's promise to preserve his holy one past the grave.
Psalm 16:11: Fullness of Joy in God's Presence
Psalm 16:11 does not promise a smooth road but a present God. Joy is found where he is, and the path of life is something he shows rather than something we manufacture.
