Rejoice in the Lord Always: Philippians 4:4 Meaning

Philippians 4:4 commands a joy anchored in the Lord rather than in health, outcomes, or mood. Paul says it twice because believers need the reminder, and he surrounds it with gentleness and prayer instead of anxiety.
