Exodus 18:21: What God Requires in a Leader

Exodus 18:21 sets character tests for those who judged Israel: able, God-fearing, truthful, and refusing dishonest gain. That standard helps Christians weigh leaders today, though the verse itself addresses appointing judges, not casting a ballot.
