Jesus Reveals the Father: John 14:6–11
Jesus does not offer a vision of God apart from himself. He tells Philip that his words and works are the Father's, and calls the disciples to believe on his word or on the works themselves.

Thomas asks how anyone can know the way. Jesus answers by identifying himself as the way, the truth and the life, and he locates access to the Father in his own person rather than in a technique or a code.
